LGB has announced their Club Model for 2025. This year’s LGB Club (ext) exclusive is a passenger car from the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) that has been transformed into a radio test car.

While the model is an LGB Club exclusive, to be purchased for € 449,00 (MSRP), the Club Models usually also end up on the free market, although this is not guaranteed.

While waiting for LGB’s RhB Ge 4/6 to arrive, I have also purchased Train Line’s Ge 4/6 as I thought it would be interesting to provide a comprehensive comparison of both models.

Kiss Modellbahnen Deutschland has finished the hand samples for their Harz passenger cars in 1:22,5 scale. The Harz cars in full metal construction can be ordered in many different versions ranging from NWE Era II paint schemes up until HSB Era V paint schemes including the “Traditionswagen”.
Order close at the end of March 2025, delivery is expected early 2026. Price per car: € 1.190,00.

As a 2024 New Item, LGB announced the iconic Swiss narrow gauge type Ge 4/6 electric locomotive in service of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB).
Meanwhile, LGB has shared a few pictures of the production process of the Ge 4/6, indicating it is expected to arrive at retailers soon.

The RhB Ge 4/6 will be available under article number 24601 for an MSRP of € 1.490,00. The loco comes fully equipped with a sound decoder and operating pantographs.
