While waiting for LGB’s RhB Ge 4/6 to arrive, I have also purchased Train Line’s Ge 4/6 as I thought it would be interesting to provide a comprehensive comparison of both models.
I have already published a 60+ photo gallery of the Train Line model. A full review will follow shortly. Spoiler alert: it’s going to be interesting…
Train Line has delivered the RhB type Gmf 4/4 diesel switcher with number 242. The Gmf 4/4 is available in two versions.
The base version suitable for analog and digital operation is available under article number 2050100 for € 999,00 MSRP. A version with sound is available under article number 2050102 for € 1.149,00 MSRP.
Train Line chose mXion as the supplier for the (sound)decoder this time, while they previously relied on ZIMO decoders for instance for the recent RhB Ge 4/6 electric locomotive, or the older Harz Mallet and 99 6101 steam locomotives.
